16 Bit was one of 14 startups selected to join the inaugural Alberta cohort of the Plug and Play Accelerator for the first batch of their Health program. We profited from 12 weeks working alongside their partners, investors and mentors to accelerate our business! Leadership at 16 Bit had the opportunity to attend high yield seminars and workshops about sales, reimbursement, fundraising and more.
Plug and Play aims to encourage innovation by creating a network that connects entrepreneurs and startups with leading organizations, universities, government agencies and venture capital firms. Their network currently includes more than 50,000 startups, and greater than 500 of the world’s leading organizations. The Accelerator program finds the top 10% of startup applicants that meet the needs of their partners and areas of focus, and provides those startups with the resources to build traction, reach new markets, network, and connect with world-class mentors.
